Just had a text off a friend of mine who’s working for a few weeks in Finland.
Apparently, Wayne Brown started TPS Turun Palloseura’s latest game against the unfancied FF Jaro but despite dominating the game TPS could only come away with a point after a 1-1 draw.
Brown started the game in central midfield and did well, setting up the TPS goal after a cleverly-worked short corner and a good cross. TPS will hope to get their first win of the season against Tampere United on Friday night.
Let’s hope Wayne continues to get game time and can make an impression with Fulham next season.
stealing my loaner report hole, eh?
just kidding. keep the updates coming — its quite difficult to find anything about Brown or Seol.
No sir, your loaner report was quite comprehensive this week. For anybody who wants to see it, the link’s below:

Brown seems to be going well but the standard’s obviously lower than the Premier League. Must do him good to get some regular football under his belt.
Andranik’s already on his way back (but as I speculated previously, I’d be surprised to see him get many games next season). EJ can’t hack it in the Championship so I’m not sure where he’ll end up next. Caught the highlights of the Norwich game yesterday afternoon and Leijer was shocking. One can only hope he’ll get better.
And Chris James plays for Tampere United now…small world.
