Sean Davis is in line for a sensational return to Fulham, according to the tabloids.
The former England under-21 international came through the ranks at Craven Cottage, playing in all four divisions for the Whites before an acrimonious departure for Tottenham soured his relationship with the Fulham fans. Davis has never quite replicated his Fulham form since leaving west London and Lawrie Sanchez is considering him as a direct replacement for Michael Brown, who is believed to be close to a move to Wigan Athletic.
Davis is thought to be surplus to requirements at Fratton Park after Harry Redknapp’s summer recruitment and sees a potential return to Fulham as a way of reigniting his career.
