Barry Hayles was stretchered off against Australia and could miss Fulham’s trip to Birmingham on Sunday after being injured on international duty with Jamaica.
The striker was stretchered off midway through the second half of Jamaica’s 2-1 defeat to Australia in Reading.
Hayles, who scored twice in Fulham’s 3-0 win at Spurs last week, suffered what appeared to be a serious leg injury.
“It looks a nasty one but we will not know more until he has had an X-ray,” said Jamaica boss Carl Brown.
