Dale Tempest left school in Leeds to sign for Fulham aged 16 in July 1980. He broke into the first-team towards the end of the 1980/81 season, played a key part in Fulham’s success under Malcolm Macdonald and scored seven goals in 35 games for the Whites before being sold to Huddersfield Town in August 1984. He represented Hong Kong at international level towards the end of his career and now works for Sky Bet.
