Vic Halom scored 25 goals in 82 games during three years at Craven Cottage between 1968 and 1971. He was signed to try and help the Whites establish themselves in the second tier but played a part in Fulham’s promotion from Division Three the following year before joining Luton Town for £30,000. He went on to win the FA Cup with Sunderland in 1973.
