Fulham’s under 21s face play Juventus, Nordsjaelland, Borussia Mönchengladbach and Valencia in the Group B of the Premier League International Cup.
Hayden Mullins’ side reached the semi-final of the prestigious academy competition last season and will play the four European sides at home. It remains to be seen whether the meeting with the Serie A giants, who had Marco Silva on the shortlist for their managerial vacancy earlier this summer, will be staged at Craven Cottage, where the Old Lady were humbled by Roy Hodgson’s heroes on an extraordinary Europa League evening fifteen years ago.
