Fulham are leading Aston Villa and West Ham United in an ever-expanding race to sign Italian wing-back Raoul Bellanova, according to Corriere dello Sport.
The Italian daily sports newspaper reports that the Whites are ‘the most active’ in trying to sign the adventurous Atalanta right back, who has won five caps for his country. But persuading La Dea to allow the 25 year-old to leave Bergamo will require what Corriere dello Sport call ‘a big offer’ with new manager Ivan Juric keen to hold onto his club’s best players and Bellanova under contract until 2028.
The Italian paper claims that Atalanta are demanding £34m for Bellanova, whilst a separate report in Corriere della Sera – which names the same three Premier League clubs – suggests a similar figure will be required for a deal to be done this summer.
What does most active really mean till bids gone in or agreed deal with player means nothing so much rubbish written this time of year
Same old tosh we are leading the bid and all that rubbish it’s all media hype same as Caci etc we need a cover goalie to challenge Leno but nobody has mentioned it if he gets injured Benda is nowhere near as good plus another CB Yegbe maybe two proven wingers and another striker and maybe Palinha on loan that’s five plus a loaner
