Harry Wilson has revealed that his representatives are in talks with the west London club about a long-term contract.
The Welsh winger enjoyed a superb season last year for both club and country. He starred as Wales went eight games unbeaten after appointing Wilson’s former international team-mate Craig Bellamy as permanent boss and scored six goals in 25 Premier League appearances – including memorable winners home and away against Brentford and an equaliser in Fulham’s first win at Stamford Bridge for 45 years – before breaking a bone in his foot in January.
Fulham activated a one-year extension option at the same time as opening talks with the former Liverpool winger regarding a long-term deal. Wilson, speaking ahead of Wales’ World Cup qualifier against Liechtenstein in Cardiff on Friday night, said:
“When I signed for Fulham, it was for four years with an option. We are in talks for a new deal. The option was just in case a deal doesn’t get done. My main option would be to stay at Fulham and hopefully we can get to an agreement. It is a great club. I’m really happy. Hopefully, the gaffer stays – because we have a really good squad.”

This is great news. Love Harry Wilson – and genuinely think we’d have got into Europe had not got injured.
No Brainer ! Wilson is Magic .
It’s been fantastic to see him developing as a talent. I wonder who he’s best matched with on the team?
