Manchester City are considering firming up their interest in Fulham full back Antonee Robinson, according to Give Me Sport.
The American international has been in outstanding form for both club and country this season as Marco Silva’s side have climbed to seventh in the table. Fulham have told potential suitors that they will not countenance selling the former Wigan Athletic left-back during the season and the Whites are in a strong position to keep Robinson at Craven Cottage, with the 27 year-old having three and a half years to run on his current contract.
Liverpool, Manchester United, Manchester City and AC Milan have all been linked with moves for the attack-minded left back, who has made 162 appearances for Fulham since completing a £2m move from the Latics in the summer of 2020.
What worries me with least rumour , apart from not wanting to lose Robinson who the best left back in the premiership. Is the Media reporting we have put a 40m prise tag on him to put clubs off, that’s cheap in today’s market. Players not halve as good as him have gone for much more. Some media reports even calling it stagering. As for no lower than 70m like Brighton would.
If Chelsea can stump up 60m plus for Cuccurella surely Jedi is worth more than 40m.
