Fulham forward Terry Ablade has joined Scottish Championship club Partick Thistle on a season-long loan, the club have confirmed this afternoon.

The Finnish forward, who has previously had EFL loan experience at AFC Wimbledon and Carlisle United, has already impressed Jags manager Kris Doolan, who told Thistle’s website:

“We’ve been looking at adding another striker to the squad for a while now and I’ve always maintained that the player we bring in has to provide something different to what we already have and Terry fits that bill. He’s got pace and a willingness to make testing runs that can really stretch the opposition and open up space for the rest of the team. Having only arrived last night, he was in training with us for the first time today and we were impressed with what we saw. His effort was first class and I think he’ll be a real asset for us this season.”
