Classy centre back Arthur Colins forged an understanding with fellow half backs Billy Morrison and Billy Goldie as Fulham twice won the Southern League after he arrived from Leicester Fosse in the summer of 1905. He shone as the Whites reached the FA Cup semi-finals in 1908. Comfortable at either right half or centre back, Collins ended his playing career back at Leicester Fosse – retiring in December 1917.
