Fulham are attempting to hijack Lyon’s move for West Ham winger Said Benrahama, according to reports from France.
The Algerian international is close to moving to Lyon having prevaricated over the move – but Fulham, seeking reinforcements out wide after Harry Wilson damaged his shoulder last weekend against Newcastle, are credited with a late move for the former Brentford winger, according to Foot Mercato’s Santi Aaouna.
Lyon’s deal is a loan with an option to buy – and the Cottagers are understood to be seeking a similar arrangement.
