Kevin Keegan has been backed to job share with Fulham and England by the Cottagers’ chairman Mohamed Al-Fayed.
The Harrods supremo’s spokesman Lawrie Mayer said: “Mr. Al-Fayed has always said that Kevin must do what he thinks is best and what he wants to do. Therefore, there would be no objections to Kevin continuing on a part-time basis if that is what he wants to do.”
FA acting chief executive David Davies added: “We are delighted with the support that we have received from everyone at Fulham, not least their chairman.”
