Fulham will host Cardiff City in a behind closed-doors pre-season friendly at Motspur Park before heading to America for the Premier League Summer Series, according to a report from Wales this morning.
Bluebirds’ reporter Sam Portillo has the scoop that Marco Silva’s men will warm up for their trip Stateside with a match against Erol Bulut’s outfit in the middle of the July. Cardiff announced several behind closed doors games on their official website this morning with one fixture to be confirmed. A line in City’s article revealed that the Championship club ‘will compete in one final behind-closed-doors fixture against Premier League opponents, before visiting Portugal for a warm weather training camp between July 17th and July 23rd.’
