According to Sky Sports News, Fulham have declared their interest in Victor Moses after Newcastle made a bid for the Crystal Palace starlet. I’m not really sure what declaring an interest actually means, but apparently Wigan and West Ham have also done it.

FULHAM DECLARE INTEREST
He would be a good buy. Also, with the financial difficulties at Palace we could get him on a cheap. But we are probably getting Okaka (finally) so I don’t know what to make of this.
Looks like he could be going to Wigan, as per Sky Sports News tonight.
