Fulham centre back Conor McAvoy has joined Partick Thistle on loan for the remainder of the season.
The Scottish under-21 international, who enjoyed a successful loan spell with Wealdstone last term, has been a key figure for Steve Wigley’s under 21s, who have the second best defensive record in the PL2 having been promoted back to the top flight last season. The ball-playing defender joins the Jags, who are fourth in the Scottish Championship, and could make his debut against Cove Rangers on Saturday.
