Fulham forward Aleksandar Mitrovic has been named the PFA’s Championship player of the month for April, after scoring six goals in seven matches.
Strikes against Bournemouth, Preston and Middlesbrough were boosted by braces against QPR and Preston North End to help the Serbian beat Brennan Johnson, Joel Piroe, Dominic Solanke and Harry Wilson to the accolade. Mitrovic has now claimed five fans’ awards out of nine in his record-breaking season.
No Contest, feel quite sorry for the other nominees (LOL)
