Veteran Hungarian goalkeeper Gabor Kiraly is set to sign for Fulham, according to German sports newspaper Bild.
The 38 year-old goalkeeper has said his goodbyes to German second division side 1860 Munich having played 168 games for the Lions since signing from Bayer Leverkusen in 2009. Kiraly, who had established himself in the Bundesliga during a seven year spell with Hertha Berlin, returns to England after spending three years at Crystal Palace, where he made more than a hundred first-team appearances for the Eagles. He also enjoyed loan spells with West Ham and Aston Villa before playing for Burnley for two seasons.
Kiraly has made over 750 senior appearances during more than two decades in professional football. He has won 90 caps for Hungary and is expected to sign a one-year contract at Craven Cottage. Magath is likely to make the veteran his new number one having started the season with Finnish academy graduate Jesse Joronen in goal.
