Fulham keeper David Stockdale reckons Diomansy Kamara is the man to end Fulham’s goalscoring problems.
The Senegalese striker hit a hat-trick to send the Whites into the FA Cup fourth round with a 6-2 drubbing of Peterborough.
It means Mark Hughes’s men have smashed nine goals in two games following Tuesday’s win against West Brom.
But the Fulham boss has made bringing in another striker his number one priority in the January transfer window.
However, keeper Stockdale has told his boss he’s already got a proven goalscorer right under his nose.
He said: “Joe’s always been the striker we could’ve been missing, it’s just getting the chance. When you’re among the goals, a striker will tell you he can go and score another three, so that will do him the world of good. I don’t think anybody has ever questioned how good he is at goalscoring because his record shows it.”
