Roy Hodgson has no new injury worries ahead of Fulham’s return to league action against Hull at Craven Cottage on Monday night.

Clint Dempsey should be available despite being forced off with an injury in Fulham’s last league outing against West Ham. Damien Duff could return to the side after a few weeks out with a calf injury having come through ninety minutes for the Republic of Ireland against Montenegro on Wednesday evening but it remains to be seen whether Hodgson will risk the Irish winger.

South African midfielder Kagisho Dikgacoi will serve the first of a three-game suspension for violent conduct after his set-to with Scott Parker at Upton Park. Toni Kallio is still unavailable with an Achilles complaint and Monday’s fixture comes too soon for Simon Davies, who returned to training this week. Hodgson hopes the Welsh midfielder will be ready to face Roma in the Europa League next Thursday though.

It looks as though Jimmy Bullard could well line up for Hull, which would make for a rather fiesty affair.
