Ghana international Hans Sarpei could be on his way to the Premiership, with Fulham a potential suitor of the midfielder according to speculation in the German press.
The 30-year-old looks certain to leave Bundesliga outfit Wolfsburg this summer and local paper Wolfsburger Allgemeine Zeitung reports that Fulham might be tempted to snap up the defensive midfielder.
Sarpei would be able to move to Craven Cottage as a free agent after having served his contract at the Volkswagen-Arena.
Sarpei, a member of Ghana’s World Cup 2006 squad, is Wolfsburg’s longest-serving player after linking up with the Wolves in 2001, but has struggled to protect his first-team status this season after clashing with coach Klaus Augenthaler.
