Marco Silva has been nominated for the Championship manager of the month award following Fulham’s ten match unbeaten run.

The Portuguese head coach led the Whites to eleven points in five games last month, scoring thirteen goals in process, and supplanting Bournemouth at the top of the table. Silva won the Championship award in August and this is his third nomination since succeeding Scott Parker at Craven Cottage in the summer.

The Fulham boss is joined on the shortlist by Hull’s Grant McCann, Blackburn supremo Tony Mowbray and QPR head coach Mark Warburton. The winner will be announced tomorrow.
