Fulham goalkeeper Andy Lonergan has completed a permanent move to Wolves this afternoon.

The experienced stopper, who made 31 appearances in his single season at Craven Cottage, has signed a two-year contract with the Midlands outfit, with an option for a further year. The fee agreed between the two clubs is undisclosed.

The 31 year-old, who signed for Fulham on a free transfer from Bolton Wanderers last summer, deputised for the injured Marcus Bettinelli for much of the campaign but relinquished his starting place to the club’s academy graduate when Bettinelli recovered from a serious knee injury.
