The Daily Star reckons Fulham are in a race with Liverpool and Tottenham for Ruud van Nistelrooy. I’m not sure.
Even if van Nistelrooy wants first team football, which he doesn’t look like getting at the Bernabeu any time soon, to secure a place in the Dutch World Cup squad, we’d probably be lowest in the pecking order. I’d imagine Ruud’s hefty wages would be a major hurdle to clear too.
