To borrow a word that the man himself has used about Fulham-related feelings recently, the title reflects my disappointment that Jason Gatties has had to close down his excellent CravenCottage.us blog.
Jason’s got a boundless enthusiasm for Fulham matters and his writing gave our fans an insight into how things are perceived by our overseas fans and often another angle on the game. He could be relied on for a great line or a thought-provoking analogy. It’s totally understandable that Jason’s other commitments mean he’s had to take the decision to stop editing his site – I know just how much time I invest in this one – and I’m just as disappointed about the loss of this Fulham blog as when Chopper’s bit the dust a little while ago.
Hopefully, the silver lining is that Jason might have a little bit more time to spend commenting over here. All the best mate!
Thanks for the kind words Dan. Running the site is just too time consuming right now. Always easier to contribute to a site than run one yourself. I’m very open to writing here if you want, just fire me an email. I’m also going to write Fulham related articles at http://lastsecondscore.wordpress.com.
Again..thanks for everything mate.
Plus let’s not forget, one of the reasons I closed CravenCottage.us is due to the DAILY POD SHOW I’m running! Shooting for 4 daily Pod Shows (less than 5 minutes in lengty) and one LIVE show which will run longer.
So…can’t get rid of me that easily!
BEAT LIVERPOOL!
