Brentford manager Andy Scott has made a second loan raid on Fulham to sign midfielder Wayne Brown.

The 19-year-old has joined the Bees for a three-month spell and joins Fulham team-mate Rob Milsom at Griffin Park.

“In view of the injuries we sustained at Chesterfield on Saturday he will be a good addition to the squad,” Scott told Brentford’s website.

Brown, who recently signed a new contract at Craven Cottage, made his first-team debut for Fulham in January.

Billy McKinlay boss of Fulham’s Development squad said.

“He’s a high energy player who gets about the pitch very well – either off the right or through the middle. He makes really good runs in behind the strikers and is always in and around the box.

“He sees a nice pass and is efficient with his work. His main asset is the goal threat he carries from the middle of the pitch, he gets up and supports the front two well and he’s got an eye for a goal. In and around the box, you would back him to hit that target more often than not.”
