Fulham manager Lawrie Sanchez has been cut from 14/1 to 11/2 fifth favourite with William Hill to be the next Premiership boss to leave his club after another poor Fulham display.

His side had to settle for a goalless draw at home to struggling Derby on Saturday – and they’ve now failed to win in the league since the second game of the season back in August.

Indeed they had goalkeeper Antti Niemi to thank for even earning them a point as he pulled off a string of fine saves against the Rams.

It’s all prompted Hills to slash the odds on Sanchez making a swift exit, with spokesman Graham Sharpe explaining: “Sanchez has only won a couple of games since taking over at Fulham and they do not seem to have improved since surviving narrowly last season.

“And given that his employer is not noted for his patience it is little surprise that he is coming under pressure.”

Spurs boss Martin Jol remains favourite but has drifted out from 4/5 to 6/5, although first thing this morning Ladbrokes were still offering 5/2, Steve Bruce is 4/1 and Billy Davies and Gareth Southgate are both on the 5/1 mark.
