Junichi Inamoto has scooped Fulham’s goal of the season award for his stunning strike in the magnificent win at Manchester United last October.
The Japanese midfielder’s fine finished secured a famous win at Old Trafford for Chris Coleman’s side and was overwhelming voted as the best goal of the campaign during the club’s recent gala dinner.
Inamoto told the club’s official website:
“If the fans have voted for my goal that makes me very, very happy. That is great because it is one of my best memories of the whole season. I think it was a very good goal, and it made me feel very happy. 3-1 was a very good, result for Fulham and a very historic one.”
