Jon Harley is Fulham’s latest summer signing after passing his medical at Motspur Park to complete a £3.5m move from Chelsea.
The 21 year-old left back has agreed terms on a four-year contract at Craven Cottage and becomes Jean Tigana’s fifth addition since the Whites secured promotion to the Premiership. Harley will be expected to challenge left back Rufus Brevett for a spot in the starting line-up having burst to prominence with some strong first-time displays for Chelsea.
Harley, who could feature in Saturday;’s friendly against Alaves, said:
