Fulham have completed the signing of goalkeeper Tony Lange from West Bromwich Albion for £10,000.
The 30 year-old has signed a two-year contract and is expected to replace Craven Cottage cult hero Jim Stannard, who has moved to Gillingham after eight years as Fulham’s number one.
The former Aldershot Town custodian helped the Baggies win the 1993 Second Division play-offs keeping a clean sheet against Port Vale in the final. He has made more than 250 appearances at the Hawthorns and worked with Ian Branfoot’s assistant Len Walker when the latter was in charge at Aldershot.
