Martin Jol doesn’t seem sure when our new Russian striker will make his debut. Reports suggest Fulham’s new signing hasn’t received his work permit – even though the hearing was at Wembley on transfer deadline – whilst Saturday’s Manchester City previews suggested international clearance was the problem.
