Reserves face West Ham

by Dan on November 3, 2009

Fulham’s reserves are back in action tonight when they welcome West Ham to Motspur Park.

The game kicks off at 7pm. You would think that anyone who features tonight won’t be playing in Rome on Thursday so this will be some valuable match practice for the second string. Given the Hammers’ history of bringing through bright young English talent it should be a stern test for Billy McKinlay’s boys too.

Or, basically, anyone that is not on the European Roster will play tonight.

The Evidence (or do suspensions carry over into reserve fixtures?), Andranik, EJ, Seol, Elm, etc.

Which raises another issue — Davies on the European Roster is sure proving to be a bad move, no?

Timmy: I don’t know. He was captain in Sofia wasn’t he? Filled a domestic slot and there’s not exactly anyone else banging the door down.

That reserve side looks interesting. Stockdale, Marsh-Brown and Briggs should be kick on. Will be interesting to see if Luca gets another contract. Suspect Seol and EJ could be looking for new clubs/opportunities before long though.
