Clint Dempsey has headed an equaliser for the United States in their latest World Cup qualifier against El Salvador in Utah.
The Fulham midfielder, who had missed a couple of glorious chances earlier, headed home a terrific ball from Landon Donovan to level the scores after El Salvador had taken a shock early lead through Christian Castillo.
UPDATE: Hull City’s Jozy Altidore put the USA in front right on half time from another beautiful pass from Donovan. The Americans lead 2-1 at the break. Bradley’s side held onto their advantage and now face Trinidad & Tobago in Port of Spain on Wednesday.
