Sunderland in pole position for Crouch

According to the Daily Mail, Sunderland have had an offer of £12m accepted for the Portsmouth striker Peter Crouch. He wants to move to Fulham apparently, but there’s concern over whether we’d match his £70,000 wages. Not to mention the fact that we haven’t had a bid accepted yet ourselves.

i think there is no doubt IF fulham could offer 12m and IF fulham could offer 70 grand a week crouch would be your player by the end of the week….the problem is CAN YOU offer 12m and 70k ? if not, i think crouch could join sunderland, who HAVE offered 12m and who HAVE offered 70 grand a week ! may the best team win !
